Born and raised in Guelph, Gabrielle Nechala is the chef and creative behind Caraway Culinary. With almost two decades of experience working in the heart of Guelph’s downtown hospitality scene, Gabby brings a local lens, strong culinary roots, and a thoughtful, modern approach to everything she creates.
From beautifully plated lunches to family-style celebrations, her cooking is grounded in Eastern European tradition and guided by the seasons. Caraway’s food is flavourful, elegant, and approachable. Our plates are served with warmth and a down-to-earth style that makes every guest feel at home.
